Our travel specialists are working from their homes, carrying on with “business unusual “whilst with our suppliers. We are here to support YOU. We are all in this together and we have no doubt that we will all emerge stronger from this.
We are working very closely with our Suppliers to ensure that we keep our clients informed with the most up to date travel restrictions and the ever-changing postponement policies. This changes daily due to country and airline restrictions constantly being updated.

Should I cancel my trip or postpone to a later date?Clients are encouraged to refer to The World Health Organisation (WHO) website which provides recommendations on either cancelling or postponing travel arrangements. It is vital that clients always refer to a reliable and trusted source such as WHO for this information.
Can I cancel or amend my flight / booking?Each booking is unique and has its own specific T&C’s. We encourage you to contact your Travel Specialist who will assist you. If I Cancel My Trip, Will I Get A Refund?Each booking is unique and is subject to each airline, hotel’s own cancellation policies.
